Horizon Outdoor Hospitality announces the launch of Horizon Field Guide, the outdoor hospitality industry's first web-based training and standard operating procedure resource platform. Field Guide will ensure team members across our national portfolio receive consistent training relevant to their role, and allows our team to push updates to SOPs and policies easily out to each team member directly. Our clients can rest assured that not only does Horizon equip each team member with SOPs, they are required to complete both initial and ongoing training within Field Guide, ensuring that the onsite team is always operating with the latest best practices. Even those locations we've managed for 20 years stand to learn a few new things, and our partnership with Impulsify to create a limited service grab-and-go market in an otherwise unused corner of our Clubhouse at Las Vegas RV Resort is a great example of that. We're generating revenue from a space we previously didn't think possible, while improving the guest experience. Win-Win!

Surrounded by the piñon covered foothills and nestled along the prestigious Arkansas River, Salida RV Resort is enjoying its second summer season and continues to come into full swing! A unique offering with park model retail sales (w/monthly site rental) and a high quality transient offering in a coveted Colorado destination town. 38 park models have been sold with another 22 being delivered, the model provides an attractive mechanism for our client (50% profit on PM sales), and a way to build an operating model with a lower OpEx ratio. We’re honored to continue to steward this property for our client in our home state. And most of all, a huge debt of gratitude to our onsite leader, Audrey Klein! 🙌🏼
