Homemade ice cream & fresh cut fries Wholesale & catering: [email protected]

About us

Our ice cream is all homemade, small batch ice cream made right here in the store. We have constantly rotating flavors, with over 200 recipes and we're continually making new flavors. There are always 24 options available, including 2 dairy free sorbets. Our fries are freshly cut in the store every day! They are similar to state fair style fries. Our fries are gluten free, and we use Idaho potatoes and cook them in canola oil. They are slightly crispy on the outside and the inside melts in your mouth.

Developing Multi-Channel Strategy to Drive Brand Awareness and Engagement

Last week was my sons 5th birthday. Work was insane and I was woefully behind on making birthday magic. I told my team I still needed to try and find time to make his birthday magical and about a specific birthday cake he wanted me to get for him (Cookie Monster ice cream cake from Honey & Mackie's). I was going back and forth on leaving a little early to pick up the cake because of how busy we were and all the crazy deadlines ahead of us. 🎉 THANK GOODNESS FOR MY TEAM! Every single one of them told me to leave and "go get what matters". This is a team culture I am so proud to have had a hand in creating. I won mom of the year in my sons eyes by getting that cake and, I just couldn't be more thankful for the amazing people I get to work with. This is your reminder that the little things matter and that yes, you should leave early to get that cake. 🍰 #WorkingMom

Think you can guess what ingredients go into our ice cream? Tomorrow on Twin Cities Live (KSTP channel 5) we will play a game to see how good your palate is!

THIS Wednesday, Tune in to Twin Cities Live 4-4:30pm to play a fun ingredient guessing game with me Honey & Mackie's and hosts Ben Leber and Elizabeth Ries. Everyone knows about Oreos & Cookie Dough, but can you guess which ice cream gets chili salt? Cinnamon? Whiskey? Coffee? Carrots? Sesame seeds? How good of a guesser are YOU?

WCCO Radio Host; Digital Content creator; Food Critic/Editor

Why did I buy a digital billboard to promote my radio show? ✅ I believe in advertising: my entire career from journalism to talk radio has been paid for by advertising. It works. It builds brand awareness, encourages repeat visits, shines up images, and generates action. ✅ I believe in my show: we’re closing in on 2 years at Audacy, Inc. | WCCO Radio and the energy and quality of our show is hitting a real stride. Now’s a good time to encourage people to give me a shot. ✅ I believe in being honest: I’m so grateful for the local brands and people who trust me to tell their stories through on-air endorsements and social media partnerships. If I’m asking them to advertise, how do I justify doing no advertising? ✅ I believe in fun: I wrote the copy for the “I’m not retired, I’m on AM Radio” board because so many people ask me how retirement from TV is going (I’m 48! I’m not retired!). And my friend Mike Schacherer mocked up the tribute to Kris Lindahl — there’s a great story on how that ad came to be, all I can say right now is that Kris is a great guy and super-creative on finding a way to “yes.” ✅ Did it work? Three weeks in, I don’t have listening or podcasting metrics yet. But this is about brand-building and awareness, so I’m into that for the long haul. What will I do next? Stay tuned!!

When local middle school student, Emma, made Honey & Mackie’s the subject of her final art project, teacher Mrs. Baltes shared with us the sweet reason why Emma chose a scoop of ice cream. Uncertainty followed a motorcycle accident that Emma’s dad was in last summer. But, one constant for Emma & her dad was Monday evenings spent watching his church softball team play and getting Honey & Mackie’s afterwards. A few weeks ago on her dad’s birthday, Emma gifted him the Honey & Mackie’s sculpture as a nod to the memories made while her dad was recovering. We decided to keep the sweet moments going when we surprised Emma and her classmates with an ice cream party earlier this week🙌
