One of the most vital resources in homelessness response is the homeless system workforce — the people who dedicate their professional lives to ending homelessness. Well-trained and supported staff are crucial to service provision and outcomes. Low pay and burnout undermine recruitment and retention. Is your organization using best practices to support a thriving workforce? See our latest newsletter for a "self check" quiz and new resources to support living wages, recruitment & retention.
