We had the opportunity to join Midea America Corp today at their groundbreaking ceremony for the expansion of the Midea America Research Center in Blankenbaker Station. This expansion will grow their current facility by approx. 400%, creating over 100 new jobs and investing over $35.6 million in Jefferson County. Last week we had the opportunity to be a part of the groundbreaking for Bigelow Tea's new 265,000 square foot facility on Blankenbaker Road. We're thrilled to work with Bigelow as the Project Managers for this facility and that our partners at Horizon Commercial Realty were able to help facilitate the purchase of the property. Yesterday, we attended the Bigelow Tea groundbreaking for their new state-of-the-art production facility in Louisville! This facility will double their teabag production in Louisville and will increase their overall production by roughly 1/3!
