We wanted to extend our heartfelt gratitude to The Unilever Federal Credit Union and their partnership with The Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, for their generous donation to The Hoboken Shelter. Support like theirs plays a crucial role in helping The Hoboken Shelter provide vital services and resources to those in need within the Hoboken community. With their contribution, we can continue to offer shelter, meals, and essential programs that uplift and empower our Guests.❤️

Unilever Federal Credit Union recently made a generous donation of $5,000 to The Hoboken Shelter. Along with this contribution, Unilever has also donated a large amount of products to the shelter. Supporting the community is central to our mission, and as Unilever prepares for our upcoming move to Hoboken, we’re dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of those around us. The Hoboken Shelter’s mission—to transform lives by providing meals for the hungry, shelter for the homeless, and essential services to help individuals find stable housing—is one we are proud to stand behind!

Happy Halloween! 👻 This past weekend, we wrapped up the annual HoBOOken5K Halloween race, Hoboken’s biggest 5K, with over 2,100 runners! 🎉 Since 2014, I’ve been donating design skills to bring this event to life, from creating the logo and signage to designing this year’s race tee and medal. Besides the creative side, I help with the planning of the event for over 5 months and volunteer on race day to keep things running smoothly. Sharing a favorite moment – a group who dressed up as the Olympic Rings in honor of the Olympics this year! Thanks to everyone—from our corporate and local business sponsors to the runners—all who helped us raise $138K for the Hoboken Shelter! 🏃♀️🎃 #GivingBack #HoBOOken5K #HobokenShelter

I’m grateful for the opportunity to volunteer at Hoboken shelter by helping prepare meals for those in need. It’s rewarding to see how a simple meal can bring comfort and hope, and I’m proud to be a part of such meaningful work.
Thank you, JPMorganChase for your continued volunteering and support of The Hoboken Shelter.❤️ Today the JPMorganChase team helped prepare and serve a meal🍲 as well as organize and track inventory of our 5k supplies from last weekend's fundraising event.📦

We would like to express our sincere appreciation for each and every sponsor of this year’s HoBOOken 5k! 🎃 🏃♀️ The financial support from our sponsors laid a foundation of success early. We began Race Day secure in the knowledge that the expenses for the 5k were covered in full - and then some! This means that every registration - all 2,129 of them! - can be used to do what the Shelter does best: care for our neighbors most in need AND help our Guests move into their own homes. Below is a list of all of the sponsors who helped make this possible as well as a short video of sponsors who tabled at this weekends HoBOOken 5k. Also, we want to give a big thank you to board member, Paul Nelson, for interviewing our spook-tacular sponsors!👻 In Memory of Ben Wieler Rockefeller Group John Merkovsky and Doreen Merkovsky Singleton Galmann Real Estate Hoboken Business Alliance Gianelli Sausage Party City John Duffy Energy Services United Synagogue Of Hoboken Rebecca Kramnick and Philip Cohen Peter Likarish and Molly Gallentine All Saints Episcopal Perish BCB Bank Jaclyn Cherubini Janice Springer The Osterman Family Paul Nelson and Ty Dowell Rose Caulfield and Joe Caulfield St Mary Advocates St. Matthew Trinity Mirchandani & Singh Family Hudson Swim Academy In Memory Of Phil Cavell St Ann Catholic Catholic Church Prime Group Tacoria S&B Plumbing Anonymous Parachute Pediatric Dentistry of Hoboken Wonder In Honor of Teresa Hayden The Shanahan Family Elaine and Tim Thomas Super Maids Neely Family Foundation Haven Savings Bank 4Ever Young Anti-Aging Solutions Hoboken Grace Community Church Glowbar Rabbi Rob Scheinberg and Rabbi Naomi Kalish Little City Books Hoboken Jane DO Blue Foundry Bank Fitness Factory Health Club Moxie Salon & Beauty Bar Graceful Skin & Body Spa

🎃 Community Engagement at the HoBOOken 5K Halloween Race! 🎃 We connected with our community at Hoboken’s biggest costumed race, the HoBOOken 5K, where Blue Foundry Bank proudly supported The Hoboken Shelter’s mission to provide meals, shelter, and essential services for those in need. It was a great opportunity to strengthen relationships with local businesses and organizations and share our commitment to supporting local needs. Special thanks to The Hoboken Shelter and Executive Director, Jaclyn Cherubini for their impactful work and to everyone who made this event a success. I look forward to following up with fellow vendors and building partnerships that continue making a difference in our community. #CommunityBanking #BlueFoundryBank #HoBOOken5K #TheHobokenShelter #GivingBack
