About us
For 65 years, HCHC’s mission has been to provide accessible, affordable services to ensure the health of all Hilltown residents. We’re dedicated to the health and wellness of our Hilltown communities and provides a wide range of services at our four sites. In addition to medical and oral health/dental services, we provide behavioral/mental health services, substance abuse treatment, eye care, physical therapy, and laboratory services. We also provide numerous community services and supports. Federal funding supports some of this work, as do insurance payments, but these are not sufficient to cover all the services we provide. We rely on grants from foundations and other sources, as well as on individual donations, to support new initiatives and all of our community programs.

Happy #NationalHealthCenterWeek to all of our hard working, compassionate, and dedicated employees! One of our recent hires wonderfully put into words what it means to her to work as a Health Access Navigator, and we know that many of our employees feel similarly in their roles here at HCHC.
After graduating in May, I am happy to say that I secured a full-time position at Hilltown Community Health Centers, Inc. as a Health Access Navigator. Working here this past month has been a dream, helping patients navigate through the daunting health insurance marketplace has been such a rewarding experience. I am grateful to my newfound coworkers and supervisors for their undying support through the training process. As a Public Health Graduate, working for a non-profit and community-based center was always a goal of mine. Doing real, hands-on work with people who need it the most is what I spent 4 years of college prepping for. I am excited to see where this opportunity will take me, and what impact I can leave in the Hilltown community!
