Leaders and teams play a crucial role in creating a workplace that promotes well-being and resilience. Especially now with the loneliness epidemic, managers need to find ways with remote & hybrid work to treat people like humans and not robots! Here are some actionable tips for leaders to help make a positive impact: ⚪ Promote Open Conversations: Encourage an open dialogue about mental health. Normalizing these discussions helps reduce stigma and makes it easier for employees to seek help. ⚪ Provide Resources: Ensure your team is aware of mental health resources available, such as Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), counseling services, and crisis support. For immediate help, the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is available 24/7 at 988.
