Our latest multifamily project in LA, Vivo on Harbor, signed on its signature retail tenant, a beloved SoCal woman-owned and operated bakery! This fall, Colossus will open a world-class bakery, restaurant and café concept at the building, which is on track to launch leasing later this summer and welcome our first residents by the end of the year. Colossus founded Kristin Colazas Rodriguez shared “When the opportunity to open a new retail location arose, we jumped at the chance to expand our footprint in a beautiful new building that is bringing an exciting new residential offering to the neighborhood. TCC closed this week on a 4.78-acre site in LA, located next door to the popular Northridge Fashion Center Mall. High Street Residential will develop the site into a 350-unit, luxury apartment building with world-class amenities, slated to deliver to the San Fernando Valley market in 2027. TCC Chicago continues to bet on Fulton Market, one of the Chicago’s most popular neighborhoods. The team revealed details for Fulton Park Campus, a thriving and innovative community rising in the heart of Fulton Market. Once complete, Fulton Park Campus will deliver four new buildings that will include 1.8 million square feet of new R&D/lab and office space, 368 luxury apartments by High Street Residential, and approximately 35,000 square feet of retail space, in addition to TCC’s existing Fulton Labs assets. Notably, the campus will feature the neighborhood’s first and only public park, designed for quiet meditation and active collaboration, opening later this year with outdoor lawn for concerts, green spaces for relaxation, picnic tables, a dog run, and more.

TCC Atlanta and Georgia Advanced Technology Ventures were joined today at Science Square Atlanta with the project’s partners and stakeholders for the grand opening of the mixed-use development's first phase, which includes Science Square Labs and The Grace, High Street Residential’s first multifamily asset in Atlanta. Part of the celebration included the presentation of a donation to Project ENGAGES, a high school science education program developed by Georgia Institute of Technology in partnership with seven minority-serving public high schools in the City of Atlanta. The funds will allow two students to participate in Project ENGAGES’ next cohort, which will provide in-depth exposure to the world of science to high school students. “Science Square Labs is the premier mixed-use life sciences district in the Southeast. PROJECT: Vivo on Harbor in San Pedro, CA Roofing is complete at this project with preliminary drywall starting on the top floor and progressing downwards. 2/3rd of the building now has stucco and the elevator build-out is about to begin. The HSR Houston team celebrated the launch of leasing at the Residences at Kingwood, along with the groundbreaking of the development’s sister property, Reserve at West Lake. Located in the master-planned Kingwood community outside Houston, the Residences offer 240 apartments and 49 townhomes, with design inspired by the minimalist gestures of traditional Scandinavian architecture and Japanese wabi-sabi design principles. A complement to Phase 1, which will be complete later this spring, Reserve at West Lake will bring another 109 townhomes and 72 apartments to Kingwood in 2025. HSR’s Yewande Fapohunda shared that HSR “sought out to create an extension of Kingwood’s ‘livable forest’ neighborhood. Much of the project site is dedicated to open green space…This thoughtfulness is carried throughout the unit interiors, with layouts that keep in mind the fluidity of work and home life...” Thanks to our many project partners, including W Partnership, Inc., Kimley-Horn, KW Landscape Architects, Compasso Design, Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, and Arch-Con® Corporation.

HSR has wrapped construction on our latest project in the Midwest, The James located in Kirkwood, Missouri. The James is the first luxury rental property to open in Downtown Kirkwood in more than two decades. The 152-unit building features a mix of studio to three-bedroom units and offers an impressive amenity collection, including an outdoor amenity deck with a pool, grills, lawn games, and a firepit. Thanks to our many project partners for their partnership in opening this beautiful project, including ESG | Architecture & Design, Brinkmann Constructors and Greystar Property Management Services Ltd.

We are thrilled to share that our project, Knox Street, was awarded Deal of the Year in D Magazine's 2024 Commercial Real Estate Awards. TCC also took home the top developer price and was Named Developer of the Year. Knox Street is a partnership between TCC, our subsidiary High Street Residential, BDT & MSD Partners, Highland Park Village Associates, and The Retail Connection that is raising the level of luxury is the popular Knox neighborhood in Dallas.
