Face-to-face meetings have a 40% conversion rate for turning prospects into customers. This is a higher conversion rate than any other marketing channel. It's obvious why this is the case, and I've always maintained that face to face meetings are at the center of my business model, no surprises then that this is my biggest overhead, which I'm pleased about. In a world of automated emails, Hemans. is bringing a human approach to recruitment, this will never change. Two Sigma co-founders John Overdeck and David Siegel will step down as co-Chief Executive Officers of the U.S.-based hedge fund, according to a statement on Wednesday. John and David have been unable to agree on several topics, including "defining roles, authorities and responsibilities for a range of C-level officers, corporate governance and succession plans.".

We ran a poll last week with the question being: What is a reasonable % increase on basic salary to make a job move? Here's the results in order of majority votes! 1) 37% of voters selected 15%-20% 2) 27% of voters selected 20%+ 3) 26% voters selected 10%-15% 4) 10% of voters selected 5%-10% Although this is market segment/industry dependent, recent economic headwinds showed lower job growth in July for the US, which leads to more candidates applying to less roles.
