#completedproject HDC was commissioned to complete the tenant improvement of the third floor in the existing Cancer Center on the Hoag Health System Newport Beach campus. In addition to this inviting new waiting room, the newly remodeled space houses the Oncology Clinic with exam rooms, Nursing stations, work areas, consult rooms, M.D. offices, and a conference room. The scope of work included total demolition of the existing space, associated electrical, mechanical, and plumbing work, a new shared mechanical unit in the ground floor mechanical yard, new metal framing, MEP, ceilings, finishes, and floorings.
