    When you enroll in the Headspace Training Institute Mental Health Coach Training program, you’re offered top-tier training for the core competencies of health coaching and for coaching in the field of mental health. As an Approved Health and Wellness Coach Training & Education Program by the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching (NBHWC), graduates of our program are eligible to apply for the HWC Certifying Examination to become National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). Enrollment in our program includes many learning modalities for preparing to pass the national board exam including:: 👉 a self-paced, 6-module prep course with videos, study outlines, resources, and a practice exam  👉 an 8-week study group aligned with your board exam timing where you’ll meet virtually with peers in an instructor-led group to review core concepts  👉 a weekly 90-minute coaching lab to practice coaching skills in improv games and 1:1 coaching  👉 the option to partner with other students to conduct regular practice coaching sessions  👉 workshops on relevant topics associated with meditation, mindfulness, and mental health to enhance mastery of NBHWC Core Competencies  … all included within your tuition.     It can be tough to get through the day when you’re feeling low or anxious. Feeling like we’re trudging through the work week (or life in general) shouldn’t be normal, but it’s all too common. In light of this, we’re proud to be introducing our newest course exclusively for members who access Headspace through their employers: our CBT for Mood and Anxiety Guided Program. 🙌 The CBT for Mood and Anxiety Guided Program is a multi-week course that takes an evidence-based approach involving mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques. In this three-part program guided by meditation teacher Rosie together with a Headspace psychiatrist, you will learn to better understand and identify emotions, experiment with what CBT techniques work best for you, and develop skills that, over time, improve your everyday anxiety and reduce your stress levels. Available only in the Headspace app for enterprise partners.
