Meet Chris Kelly, assistant marketing manager in our Missoula, Montana office. With 26 years at HDR, Chris is one of our most experienced marketing professionals. She coaches staff on client relationships, curates client connections, positions teams to win work and mentors young professionals to carry our work into the future. Chris is also an ambassador for our employees with disabilities, as she was diagnosed with Adrenoleukodystrophy, or ALD, in 2022, a genetic disorder that impacts her mobility. "Employees with disabilities are just as smart and capable as everyone else. We bring a special kind of resiliency to everything we do," says Chris.
