Today, Rivus Pharmaceuticals announced the Phase 2a HuMAIN clinical trial of HU6 met its primary endpoint of weight loss. In the trial, HU6 demonstrated statistically significant weight reduction in patients with obesity-related heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF).
