A huge congratulations to our textiles team in North America on winning the Show Stopper Award for Chemicals, Coatings and Compounds at the Advanced Textiles Expo for our TX711 laminating adhesive- built with the latest flame-retardancy technology. Our team including Molly Magnuson, R&D Scientist, and James Ryan, Field Market Developer, worked to create and put this innovative product into the market for many applications, particularly those needing flame retardancy and heat resistance, such as garments and industrial textiles. 🏆

Great talent is the glue that holds us together! Meet Isadora Trincado, Sales and Operations Planning Analyst, from Santiago, Chile! With a background in Chemistry, Isadora has always been fascinated by science and its endless possibilities. She began her career with us as an intern in 2020, working on an innovative project focused on wastewater treatment using a Lombrifiltro. This project achieved remarkable success! At the end of 2021, her hard work and commitment led to a full-time position as a Process Engineer and Raw Material Planner, where she continued to develop her skills. In 2024, she moved to Supply Chain, and now, as a Sales and Operations Planning Analyst, she applies her technical expertise to optimizing processes and supporting our sustainability initiatives. Isadora has also had the incredible opportunity to collaborate across borders, working with teams in Argentina, Brazil, and Colombia. Her advice for anyone looking to join our team: "Dare to explore different areas and learn new things. The challenges we face are more rewarding than you can imagine. Great talent is the glue that holds us together! Meet Joana Gomes, Scientist, from Mindelo, Portugal! Joana is a dedicated scientist who has always been passionate about the world of chemistry! Her academic journey began in 2016, when she pursued a Bachelor’s in Chemistry in Porto, Portugal. She then deepened her expertise with a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, completing her studies in 2021. Shortly after finishing her studies, Joana was approached by H.B. Fuller for an internship opportunity. Initially, she was drawn to the company as a place to gain experience at a large, global organization. However, it didn’t take long for her to be captivated by the dynamic culture and the chance to connect with people worldwide. The company’s international environment, culture, and inclusive atmosphere have continued to motivate and inspire her. Her journey at H.B. Fuller began in 2021 as a Scientist Intern, where her dedication and talent didn’t go unnoticed. By 2022, she was promoted to Scientist I, and most recently, in 2024, she earned the title of Scientist II.
