Dr. Zorana Mrsic is a board-certified non-invasive cardiologist with Hamilton Cardiovascular Institute. She is practicing at Hamilton Physician Group - Cardiology in Dalton, Ga. Dr. Mrsic is a graduate of the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. After medical school, she joined the U.S. Army and completed her internal medicine residency at D.D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center in Augusta, Georgia. She then completed a Cardiovascular Diseases Fellowship at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Mrsic holds additional board certifications in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Computed Tomography, and Echocardiography. Dr. Mrsic is a member of the American Society of Nuclear Cardiology, the Society of Cardiovascular Computer Tomography, the American Society of Echocardiography, and a fellow in the American College of Cardiology and the American College of Physicians. “I chose to become a doctor to help people. Whether that is providing reassurance when they are concerned, educating them about a disease process, treating a medical condition, or comforting them in a time of need. I strongly believe that the best physician is the one who listens well. I care deeply about my patients and will always do my best to advocate for them so they can receive the quality healthcare they deserve.”
