I am incredibly thankful for an excellent first year as a geologist at ESE Partners. I had an overwhelmingly positive experience learning and working there, and will miss my team dearly. This being said, I am excited to announce that I am relocating to Santa Fe, New Mexico to begin a new position at Glorieta Geoscience, Inc - a division of GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc. I am thrilled for this unique opportunity to live and grow in a new place! Special thank you to Boot Pierce.

As I return to Taylor University to complete my final year of undergrad, I am ruminating on my second summer as an intern with GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc. With the guidance of dedicated professionals like Lori Powers and Benjamin Woodman, I am thankful to have grown immensely as an environmental consultant. This past summer I was able to work on a large-scale PFAS response activity site as it progressed through multiple stages of remediation. I learned invaluable new skills in the field and in the office. I enjoyed my time shadowing both project and construction management, liner work, and client communication. I could not have done any of this without GZA's incredible Grand Rapids office and the team they work with! Also, thank you Taylor alumnus Trevor Litwiller for your counsel. I'm looking forward to continued growth in the environmental field.
