Society is sedentary. Sitting is often. Movement is needed. Consistency is key. It's near impossible to get away from prolonged sedentary moments on a day to day basis. These moments need to be counteracted with a regular movement practice. Giving the body a daily dose of nourishing movement between these sedentary moments will bring about the balance we should be aiming for with our health.
