We are pleased to report that the interactive and participatory workshops organized and implemented by Militos Consulting S.A. for the GreenYourFreight - LIFE GYF project (GYF) project, which took place at Mentererum in Kifisia on February 21 and 22, were successfully completed. Using the invaluable contributions of the consortium members, the workshops were meticulously planned to support the joint design and presentation of the Green Your Freight service. The main objectives of these sessions were as follows: - Communicating purpose and vision: To articulate the overall purpose and vision of the Green Your Freight service to the stakeholders. - Communicating needs: To communicate the needs identified so far through discussions and interviews with the project coordinator (University of Thessaly). - Validation, Optimisation and Prioritisation: Involvement of the participants in the validation, optimisation and prioritisation of the needs identified by the partners, ensuring alignment with the project objectives. - Identification of metrics: Identifying and correlating key metrics critical to the effective implementation of the Green Your Freight service. - Anticipating future needs: Exploring and anticipating evolving needs in the future freight services landscape. Both days followed an identical structure and thematic framework, tailored to address the different perspectives of two key audiences: carriers and shippers. This deliberate duality provided a comprehensive understanding of the expectations and requirements of the Green Your Freight service.
