Office sublet needed: Green Circle's NYC office lease is up, we are not renewing, and we need to find a better space for hybrid work. I won't sign a long-term lease and prefer to avoid co-working spaces. I would like to find an inexpensive sublet large enough for two, ideally (although not required) with access to an occasional conference room, in downtown Manhattan (as close to the Fulton street subways as possible).
