The Program Assistant is the first face the public sees in our Visitor Center, and provides front-line support in day-to-day operations of the Greater Northampton Gift Card program and other GNCC initiatives. The ideal candidate must be able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage shifting priorities throughout the workday.
