We're kicking things off with a behind-the-scenes look at our Rubicon facility in the charming Village of Rubicon, Wisconsin. 🧀 With a population of just 235, Rubicon may be small, but it’s home to something big—our incredible team crafting some of the finest aged Provolone, Asiago, Parmesan, Romano, and White Cheddar cheeses since 1987. 💪 This dedicated group of 55 full and part-time Associates makes it all happen. ✨ Over the weekend, our amazing Grande Associates volunteered with the Fond du Lac Chapter of Sleep In Heavenly Peace to help build beds for kids in need. 💙 🎉 We hit an incredible milestone—building the chapter's 1,000th bed on Friday night! 🛏️✨ We’re beyond proud to support this wonderful cause and to be part of their mission: “No Kid Sleeps on the Floor in our Town!” A huge thank you to everyone who volunteered and made a difference in the lives of local children. 💪💖 #GrandeGivesBack #SleepInHeavenlyPeace #NoKidSleepsOnTheFloor #CommunityLove #MakingADifference

🏆 Corporate Challenge Update! 🏆 Congratulations to our Grande Cornhole dynamic duo for bringing home 7th place in this week's Fond du Lac Corporate Challenge event hosted at Korneli's On the Avenue! This has bumped Grande into second place overall, and we couldn't be more excited!

We had the pleasure of hosting the Pine River Rainbows 4-H group for an exciting day of learning and tasting! 🌟 The group got a behind-the-scenes look at the custom whey ingredients side of our business, discovering how whey can be used in various applications—from creamy cheese sauces and Alfredo to cookies and protein bars! 🧀🍪 They also sampled three different types of Grande cheese while gaining insight into all the different jobs we have here at Grande beyond making cheese. The day wrapped up with a tour of our Home Office & Research Center, followed by a trip to Ala Roma (one of our valued Operators) where they enjoyed some pizza! After two events, Grande is currently in third place overall, and we're excited for the upcoming Bags Tournament, taking place at Korneli's on the Avenue next week!

As part of our Social Responsibility Commitments, and advancing efforts within the Environmental Stewardship pillar, we are proud to announce our partnership with the Farmers for Sustainable Foods Climate-Smart Program. In partnership with our Dairy Producers, we are committed to supporting collective-impact projects that achieve greater sustainability outcomes within the industry. Additionally, this project will enable us to tell a powerful story about the quality, innovation and dedication of dairy partners - something we are very proud of! Together, we can "change the world around us" for the better.

Last week, we welcomed Grande Dairy Producer Partners to our Home Office and Research Center in Fond du Lac for an afternoon and evening of education, networking and of course...delicious food! While visiting, Producers explored our new Grande virtual reality experience, which spotlights the amazing work they are doing on their farms daily, were able to taste one-of-a-kind pizza recipes and hear from the Tumolo family of La Pizzeria Metro, a dedicated Grande Operator from Delaware, and finished with a session on international dairy markets and policy, led by Global Dairy Strategist, Mary Ledman. The evening wrapped up with an opportunity for good conversation and sharing a meal together. Thank you to all of our Producer Partners for their continued dedication to quality and helping us craft, "The Finest Italian Cheeses Money Can Buy!"
