In celebration of Make a Difference Day, we extend our gratitude to the generous sponsors of THE LUNCH. Your support empowers thousands of North Texans, and we are grateful for your commitment to making a positive impact in our community. Thank you to the companies, families, and foundations that helped us raise $1.5M for our Workforce Development programs with their generous sponsorships! We cannot do the important work of helping people with barriers achieve self-sufficiency without supporters like former LUNCH Chair and current board member, Julie Rado: “The Durham Family Foundation is so glad to be a part of the Goodwill mission. THE LUNCH is an important event that highlights the ways that Goodwill empowers its employees and clients to take bold risks every day and change their lives through the power of a job."

Kathryn Cassidy, Altair Global’s President and COO, had a great time with fellow Altair Global colleagues at Goodwill Industries of Dallas, Inc.’s annual fundraiser, “The Lunch: Risk Boldly, Live Fully.” Along with being Goodwill’s Executive board Vice Chair as a part of Altair’s social commitment to our headquarters’ local community, Kathryn spent her time as “The Lunch” chair, organizing a great fundraiser with speaker Lindsey Vonn, Olympic Gold Medalist and World Cup Champion Ski Racer, benefitting Goodwill’s Workforce Development programs that help job seekers find success and achieve their goals. Altair Global is proud to be a sponsor for this event and hope to make a difference in our community! #Goodwill #TheLUNCH #GlobalMobility #NorthTexas

Risk Boldly, Live Fully What an amazing theme and event held by the Goodwill Industries of Dallas, Inc. - The Lunch was inspiring and thought provoking and FRS was honored to participate. Loved hearing Kathryn Cassidy's words about the great work Goodwill Industries is doing in the Dallas area. The story of Natasha was moving and really illustrated the mission of Goodwill. Lastly, hearing the words of Lindsey Vonn on facing challenges, finding the lessons in, and moving past, failures was a reminder to all of us of how much more we can accomplish.

✨Kevin and I had an inspiring time attending The Lunch hosted by Goodwill Industries of Dallas, Inc. Their impactful works in the community are truly commendable, changing lives and making a difference in our neighborhood through 🥇donated goods social enterprise and 🥈workforce development services. From becoming an Olympic gold medalist and World Cup champion ski racer to venturing into new business endeavors and empowering young girls through her foundation, Lindsey's journey urged us all to embrace risks and live up to our fullest potential.
