    IDENTIFYING AI USE CASES   85% of sellers say they’re already using AI. (Gong’s State of Sales Productivity)   But two-thirds of them are using tools that they’ve sought out on their own.   While this gives reps freedom and flexibility to use their AI of choice, it creates an enormous visibility gap for leadership.   Revenue leaders should conduct an audit across their team to understand the tools, use cases, and results that each seller is realizing from AI.   Through this exercise, organizations can identify popular use cases, diagnose gaps in their current tech stack, and assess areas for further investment and enablement across their team.   For example, if 60% of your team finds value in conducting account and buyer research with AI, it’s likely a prime use case to formally scale across the organization.   This exercise will inform your revenue AI roadmap while ensuring that your team creates a consistent and valuable experience for customers and buyers.
