Golden Flowers is the premier source of fresh cut flowers that ensures people have a positive emotional experience with flowers. Part of that experience comes from having access to 50+ farms just by picking up the phone and calling us. And the other part, of course, has to do with the high quality flowers that are Grown to Last.
As an innovative floral company, we strive to develop long-term relationships with our customers, offer farm-direct flowers, and provide proactive service by best-in-class experts.
Golden Flowers’ philosophy, founded on sustainability, is centered on what we call Grown to Last by Golden Flowers, and is based on our Golden Standard pillars: High-Quality Flowers, Socially Responsible Farms, Environmentally Certified Growers, and Who Do You Trust?
Our goal is to get to know your business in order to align our offerings with what you are looking for. That way, together we can help people express feelings with flowers.
Visit us at www.goldenflowers.com to learn more about our products and who we are. Sign up for our The House of Flowers monthly newsletter! We also invite you to check out our blog for holiday bouquets and DIY projects with our flowers that are #GrowntoLast!
Golden Flowers: A Culture of Doing Things Right –from seed to sale!
Starting with the experts ICON Selections S.A.S. who create most of our chrysanthemum varieties, the process continues until the flowers are packaged and shipped to different cities in the United States 🇺🇸
We love welcoming our clients to our farms. On this occasion, we had the pleasure of hosting unitedwholesaleflowers so they could learn what from seed to sale really means! 💚
From our 🌱 farms, to our facilities, and finally into the hands of consumers and designers, we are dedicated to fulfilling our purpose of enhancing the human experience with the beauty of flowers every day.
Contact us if you plan to visit Colombia and want to visit our farms 😍
You can also get in touch if you’re in Miami and want to see our facilities 👐🏻

Our experience with Conamerc was rich with emotion and knowledge 🤓🌸
Though none of the guest speakers were in the floral industry, we gathered valuable insights from various business owners and their journeys, which we believe can be applied to our own industry 💐
Here are some of the key takeaways that our small but mighty marketing team 💡 think can be applied to our industry!
Our time in Medellín, Colombia, was invaluable, and we hope these insights help you too! 😉😉

We love supporting local designers and fostering creative outlets, so we decided to combine the two and host a workshop centered around our Alstroemeria 💐
It was a fantastic experience filled with laughter and great conversations over snacks and lots of flowers 🌼🌼
We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome! A huge thank you to all the designers for joining us and sharing insights into their creative processes 👩🏻🎨🌈✨
We can’t wait for the next one! 😍

When I read about the Welcome Conference, I asked Gabriel Becerra if he thought I should attend. We had finished reading Will Guidara's book Unreasonable Hospitality, and I had just finished leading my team through his team building program, The Art of Creating Fiercely Loyal Customers. As always, I got a resounding YES.
The Welcome Conference is a testament to the fact that “caring is cool.” Every single person at Lincoln Center’s David Geffen Hall was there because we care, because we believe in community and collaboration, and because we know that “it’s easy to build the best team, it’s much harder to build the right team” (s/o to Angus Collins).
I feel honored to work with people that believe that what we do is truly important. At Golden Flowers we don’t just sell flowers, we help people express feelings, we enhance the human experience, and we build partnerships and relationships that are grown to last. I left the conference feeling grateful that these individuals have allowed me to be a part in shaping our company culture, that they believe in me and trust me in communicating our mission to those around us.
I was lucky enough to meet Will. When he asked me what I do, I said, “I work in the flower industry, I’m not in hospitality.” He answered, “Of course that’s hospitality!”. And he’s right.
Hospitality is at the forefront of what we do. From the dedication of the workers at the farms, to the logistics management of our operations, to the attention to detail of our Quality Control and Planning teams, to the enthusiasm and expertise our sales advisors give— every step of the journey of a flower is rooted in hospitality.
For my industry friends, I highly recommend Will’s book. And if you have the chance to attend a Welcome Conference, don’t think twice…no, seriously— tickets sold out within minutes.
I invite you to branch outside of our industry to inspire and get inspired. Let’s share the beauty of what we do with the world.
We are visiting Medellin for Chrysanthemum Week! Here are some of the varieties that caught our attention the most 👀
We went to Dekker where we saw incredible varieties of pompoms, micropompons and spiders 💐
Then we went to Deliflor where we found many new varieties in the disbud category 🏵️
