A quick update for our Triton users: As of today, you can link out from our vessel ID cards directly to the same vessels in Global Fishing Watch and Skylight, making it easier than ever to move quickly between ownership information, tracked movement, and satellite imagery. As a member of the Joint Analytical Cell, we believe that coordination around transparent maritime data is key to countering IUU fishing around the world. Through open data, Marine Manager empowers MPA administrators and scientists to gain deeper insights into ocean dynamics, share vital information, and collaborate on more effective management strategies.
