In what could be the first addition of a new #sunscreen technology added to the U.S. monograph in 25 years (around the time Cher's "Believe" was topping the music charts) dsm-firmenich has submitted an Over-the-Counter Monograph Order Request (OMOR) Tier 1 application to the U.S. Food Administration (#FDA) in hopes of earning the company's Parsol Shield (INCI: Bemotrizinol) sunscreen active a generally recognized as safe and effective (GRASE) designation.
