Bradley C. began his journey with us as a #GlobalPIntern in the National Wholesale department, where he quickly made an impact. After completing his MBA at Providence College, Bradley joined us full-time and now thrives as an Account Manager. How does what you studied in school relate to your position at Global now? A big part of my marketing curriculum was focused on customer service—getting to know your customers, what motivates them, and what they need from us. In my current role, setting up deals in a way that’s clear and understandable for both us and the customer is crucial, and that’s something I brought with me from school. In what ways did your internship prepare you for working at Global? Working with both the operational support team and the National Wholesale Group gave me a broad understanding of how these departments interact. My experience with the operational support team helped me see how we assist each other and work together to reach our ultimate goals. What advice do you have for current or prospective interns? Never, ever be afraid to ask a question. It’s something I can’t emphasize enough. Whenever I’m second-guessing myself, I know the answer is just one quick question away. Even if you think it might be a dumb question, 99% of the time it’s necessary to ask so you can fully meet the expectations of your job. Bradley’s journey from intern to Account Manager highlights the value of hands-on experience and the supportive environment at Global Partners. We’re proud to see our interns grow into full-time roles, continuing to drive our success. We're proud to support the incredible work of the Beantown Baby Diaper Bank in Lexington, MA. Through a company-wide diaper drive and cash donation, we helped provide approximately 30,000 diapers to families in need. The Beantown Baby Diaper Bank serves seven partner agencies in Waltham, Burlington, and Lexington, collectively reaching more than 350 children monthly. With 1 in 2 U.S. families struggling to afford diapers, and no government assistance to cover this basic need, organizations like Beantown Baby are a lifeline. Giving back to the communities where we live and work is at the heart of who we are. At Global, we’re committed to keeping our communities growing, moving, and thriving. Thank you to everyone who contributed to this effort and helped make a difference!

For the second year in a row, we were proud to partner with Keep Moving Ministries and Mt. Zion Grand Lodge to support an incredible initiative: Thanksgiving Feeding for the Homeless in Houston, Texas. With Global’s $2,500 donation and the dedication of Tony W., Field Training Specialist, and Keep Moving Ministries, this year’s event provided meals to 450 people—an impressive increase from the 300 meals served last year. “This cause is near and dear to me,” Tony shared. “I know what it’s like to not necessarily have a meal every night, so this is my way to make sure as many people as possible don’t have to go through that—even for a day.” This year, thanks to our combined efforts with Goodwill, ten families that attended last years event were able to be placed in housing. To celebrate this achievement, we provided turkeys to each family for their first Thanksgiving in their new home. Thank you to everyone who made this possible. Together, we’re helping build a stronger, more connected community. #GlobalForGood

#ThrowbackThursday to last week’s Massachusetts Conference for Women, where the theme of Unity brought together over 11,000 attendees for a truly inspiring day! 🌟 With more than 50 Global employees in attendance, we were proud to sponsor this incredible event for the first time and connect with so many amazing individuals. A heartfelt thank you to our W.A.V.E. (Women Add Value Everyday) and M.A.P. (Muslim, Asian, Pacific Islander) ERGs for spearheading this initiative—you made it a huge success! One moment that resonated deeply with us? Oprah’s powerful message to “meet your rising,” listen to the voice that drives you, and remember that intention shapes success. Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, and congrats to our two lucky employees, Julyssa and Maureen, who got to meet basketball star Caitlin Clark! 🏀 Here’s to celebrating women, unity, and the power of intention!

Introducing Shira A., Legal Specialist and former #GlobalPIntern! Shira spent two summers interning with us, first as an HR intern supporting the recruiting team and then as a legal intern. While initially interested in the legal internship, Shira is grateful for starting in HR, as it gave her valuable insight into the business and helped her establish a professional presence. Now a full-time team member, Shira is preparing for the LSAT and plans to attend law school while continuing her career at Global, supported by our tuition reimbursement program. We're proud to celebrate her growth and love seeing our interns return to build successful careers! #GrowWithGlobal
