We're here to challenge the status quo. And one industry standard that we’ve set our sights on is the unacceptable donation distribution delays normalized by legacy platforms. These companies, which currently service the majority of Fortune 500 companies, routinely take 30-60 days to send a donor’s donation to charity, and 90-180 days to send a company’s matching gift. We believe that this is wrong. So we’ve fixed it. Groundswell sends out donations in just 24 hours. 𝗗𝗶𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄? When you donate through many legacy giving platforms, your money can take 30-90 days—or even longer—to reach charities. Let that sink in. While your donation sits in limbo, real-world crises unfold. Hurricane Helene just devastated communities, and Hurricane Milton is brewing. Natural disasters don't wait for bureaucratic processes, and neither should your support. Donations made on Groundswell are already making a difference. Are yours? Distribution timelines aren't just numbers—they're the difference between: ▶️ Immediate relief and prolonged suffering ▶️ Rapid response and missed opportunities ▶️ Life-saving aid and tragic outcomes In today's fast-paced world, why are we still accepting month-long delays in charitable giving? It's time for a change. It's time for real-time impact. At Groundswell, we're revolutionizing giving with donations that are distributed within 24 hours. Because when disaster strikes, every hour counts. Don't let your generosity get caught in the slow lane. Choose a platform that matches the urgency of the causes you care about. Do you know where your donations are and when they reach their intended recipients? At Groundswell, we believe in 100% transparency with donation timelines – a practice that sets us apart in the philanthropy sector. Here's how Groundswell is revolutionizing the donation process: ➡️ Instant Matching: We match your employee donations instantly, ensuring your contribution is recognized immediately and allowing for accurate and up-to-date reporting. ➡️ Rapid Distribution: 100% of domestic donations are distributed within 24 hours, whether via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or check. Your generosity reaches its destination without delay. ➡️ Efficient Payment Methods: 91% of our donations are disbursed via EFT, a percentage that's improving every month. This means faster, more secure transfers to charitable organizations. ➡️ Exceptional Reliability: We maintain a 99.7% payment success rate, minimizing errors and ensuring your donations reach their intended recipients. Why does this matter? Many organizations are vague about their donation timelines, leaving donors in the dark about when their contributions actually make an impact. At Groundswell, we're committed to transparency every step of the way. By choosing Groundswell, you're not just making a donation – you're participating in a movement towards greater accountability and efficiency in philanthropy. Know where your donations are. Choose transparency. Choose Groundswell. #TransparentPhilanthropy #DonationImpact #GroundswellGiving #CSR

A good reminder of why donation disbursement timelines matter 👇
CEO of the highest-rated social impact platform on G2 - Groundswell | Executive Chairman at Team Rubicon
“Why do you care so much about donation disbursement timelines?” 👈 lots of people ask me that question because, well, I talk about them a lot. What’s happening right now across the Southeast is why I care. When I ran Team Rubicon, our ability to effectively plan a response operation was directly tied to our estimates on what we could raise to support it. These estimates were typically driven by projections based on fundraising velocity over the first 96 hours. Getting a stack of donations 90 days later didn’t cut it. Worse yet, it created an accounting nightmare because most of those donations carried restrictions we may have struggled to meet after the fact. That’s why one of the first innovations we made at Groundswell was an instant match and next-day distribution. No delays. No aggregating. No minimum disbursement thresholds that can stick donations in disbursement purgatory for months or, in some cases, years. So I’d challenge all our competitors - shrink your timelines. These moments are too urgent. Even if it erodes one of Groundswell's key differentiators, it’s the right thing to do. If nothing else, at least give response organizations visibility into the amount of money currently awaiting disbursement so that they can plan. You’d be shocked how valuable that would be. #csr #socialimpact #teamrubicon #donate #hurricanehelene #charity #nonprofit #philanthropy #disaster #ems #giving #impact
