Walsh Breast Cancer Foundation, about the foundation’s mission, impact, and future goals. There was an excellent turnout for the TMA Annual Conference on #FiduciaryDuties and #ForumShopping Consideration. Gibbons Director Katharina (Noack) Earle, a member of the firm’s #Financial #Restructuring & #Creditors’ Rights Group, joined an #international panel for a discussion on the practical and legal considerations of #globalrestructuring. With perspectives from Mexico, Brazil, the United Kingdom, Germany, and the United States, the panel discussed how to navigate the financial distress of a company with #globaloperations, how to fulfill fiduciary obligations in the context of choosing the right #forum, and when it is advisable to seek professional restructuring advice.
