    Talent doesn't always equal to outstanding work experience. Talent is also about the potential someone has to do a great job! Meet Alanis R. from Peru, this is her story: "Before joining Bloom I didn't have a job because no one wanted to hire a young woman without enough education or experience, so my finances were difficult, and my self-esteem was at rock bottom. Since Bloom hired me, I have gained a lot of work experience, I feel more confident in myself, and my finances have stabilized to the point of having peace of mind in my life."
