Keeping a ‘real-time’ eye on high-speed production Today’s modern high-performance converting lines run too fast for the operator to observe the product flow and identify potential jams at the machine’s critical transition points. Geo. M. Martin’s SmartView™ Board Surveillance System (BSS), consists of four strategically placed cameras, which provide real-time ‘at a glance’ views, and digital recordings, of all critical transitional points throughout the stacker from a single, conveniently located high-definition, big screen monitor.
