Love ❤️ speaking with the most powerful allies to change peoples lives for the better! #CHROs of organizations have the ability to have a deep impact in the wellbeing of their employees. And it can be done in a sustainable way and *at scale*. Our most engaged clients have more than 40% enrollment rate and unlike many other solutions, the utilization DOES NOT GO DOWN over time! If only every HR leader knew the impact they can have, which is a sign to me we are still at the just begining of our journey. Thank you for all the 60 CHROs that atrended the General Atlantic CHRO conference in NY! And thanks Lynne Oldham and Lívia de Bastos Martini for joining me! Anish Batlaw congrats on the event!

General Atlantic hosted our annual Global Human Capital Series in New York earlier this week, where we convened more than 60 CHROs and CPOs from across our portfolio to discuss insights and strategies for building and maintaining high-talent density workplaces. Led by Anish Batlaw, Managing Director and Head of Portfolio Talent, the event featured dynamic panels and discussions with experts like Jessica Neal, Former Talent Officer at Netflix; Prasad Setty, Stanford lecturer and former VP of Digital Work Experience at Google; Lynne Oldham, Chief People Officer at Stash; and Bob Bennett, Former CEO at EngageSmart. Each session enabled our portfolio companies to connect and dive deep into today’s most pressing talent topics impacting long-term growth, including how best to create a high-impact people agenda, leverage GenAI to enhance productivity, and utilize leadership teams to become architects of resilience and consistent performance. Thank you to all for participating and driving this important conversation.
