Warfighter-Focused Engineering & Design

About us

We believe our country’s soldiers, sailors, airmen, and marines deserve to be equipped with systems that enhance their competitive advantage against threats and meet rigorous demands of operational environments. Fuse is a leading supplier of innovative communications, networking, and computing solutions for U.S. defense agencies that improve the sharing of information among warfighters distributed throughout airborne, maritime, and ground environments. Warfighter-focused design and engineering drives the development of Fuse products and solutions. Technology, mission, and user experience are all considered when designing and developing new products – and this is where Fuse excels. Our proven virtualized network systems, modular tactical edge virtual network, and gateway products go beyond national security requirements, providing lasting utility and game-changing results for our NAVAIR, NAVWAR, USAF, and other U.S. defense clients. We know that in today’s geopolitically charged environment the fight will not necessarily be won by the side with the most advanced technology or weapons. Instead, it will be won by the side with the most current, accurate, and comprehensible data. Fuse brings together expert engineers and defense operations experts in a collaborative environment to deliver game-changing solutions that enable tactical edge victories in the modern era.

⭐ 𝗡𝗮𝘃𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀 $𝟭𝟲 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁-𝗚𝗲𝗻 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗘-𝟮𝗗 𝗛𝗮𝘄𝗸𝗲𝘆𝗲 ⭐   That’s the headline from a recent article announcing the US Navy’s E-2/C-2 Airborne Command & Control Systems Program Office (PMA-231) contract for Fuse CORE® 4.0 virtualized network systems! The move “is a significant step in modernizing the E-2D’s external networking systems through the implementation of software-based solutions,” reports The Southern Maryland Chronicle’s (TSMC) Editor-in-Chief, David M. Higgins II. In the article, Shawn Thompson, Assistant Program Manager for Systems Engineering at PMA-231, highlighted benefits, saying “CORE 4.0 improves reliability and maintainability for the platform by replacing bulky and obsolete routers while simultaneously hosting applications that enhance E-2D mission capabilities.” Thank you, Shawn! We couldn’t have said it better ourselves! This contract is one more proof point of the value our advanced networking and communications are bringing to today’s warfighters. We are proud to support Navy PMA-231 and the renowned E-2D Hawkeye program. 👉 Click to read the full TSMC article: https://lnkd.in/gXNfeWNh #NAVAIR #ContractWin #TacticalEdgeNetworking

The Tactical Edge Network reaches its TENTaCLEs out across platforms to enable C2 and mission effects. We are at it again today with a Fuse detachment supporting live exercises. Our portable container for networked C2 & ISR experimentation is enabling a modular expeditionary gateway with resilient secure network reach from the tactical edge and back into enterprise networks.

Congressman Ken Calvert, Chairman of the House Appropriations Subcommittee for Defense, visited Fuse last week to explore and learn about how a small business makes a big impact on our national defense. Our CEO, Sumner Lee, and President, Scott Rosebush, took the Congressman through our southern California lab space with discussions of how our warfighter-focused design thinking approach to networked technology is giving advanced capabilities to multiple Navy, USAF, and USMC platforms. The Department of Defense has found great benefit from pushing Fuse through the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program, building program of record solutions from SBIR growth with speed to fleet that cannot be achieved through traditional acquisition processes. Fuse helps to pull the DoD acquisition processes inside our adversaries’ OODA loop, accelerating the development, test, fielding, and production so that we can stay ahead in the Great Power competition we face in the global stage.   The Congressman got a glimpse into our digital engineering process that leverages Augmented Reality to design efficient production flows through our facility. #DefenseTech #TacticalEdgeNetworking #DigitalEngineering

Fuse extends the Tactical Edge Network (TEN) to austere environments with dynamic, secure connectivity to enterprise networks. Commanders must be able to forward deploy C2 and ISR capabilities with modular, mobile components. The Fuse TEN brings an automated PACE capability across multiple satcom links, multiple mesh networking links, LPI/LPD communications, and Tactical Data Link gateway. The TEN enables mission effects with direct connection from tactical to enterprise platforms. The modular nature of the TEN lets the Command & Control center of gravity shift from one location to another depending on threats. The Fuse TEN networking stack is open, secure, resilient and deployable to nodes on the land, sea, and air. We have reimagined the Tactical Edge Network with a focus on simplicity in the face of a complicated warfighting environment and connect warfighters to critical information, no matter where they need to be
