This month, Fletcher MacDonald hit 10 incredible years with Furbish, a SOPREMA Group Company! Starting as an Install Technician in 2014, Fletcher's expertise in landscape contracting propelled him to become a foreman, skillfully managing field crews and client expectations on complex green roof projects. Now, as the Manager of Field Operations, Fletcher oversees superintendents, ensures safety, and coordinates with project management for seamless project execution.
