Exciting times here at Freedom! After completing a recent merge, Freedom Dental Management is now Freedom Dental Health. We have completed our new brand and are excited to share it with the world along with some words from our Chief Visionary Office, Ryan P. Robinson, DDS, DABCP, DABDSM, DABCDSM, QOM-D Throughout this journey, we constantly referred back to our mission, vision, and core values. We aimed to encapsulate the essence of what Freedom Dental Health System stands for: building bridges in the dental community and beyond. Our goal was to create a brand that signifies connection, growth, and inclusivity. We want to be recognized as an organization that bridges the gap between medicine and dentistry, between practice owners, between Delaware and surrounding states, and between various practices already within our network. Our new symbol reflects this vision—a bridge with rising, stacked pillars that signify growth and connection in every sense of the word. This symbol represents our commitment to comprehensive and whole health for our patients and a supportive, empowering, and rewarding environment for our employees. It aims to attract top talent and partners who share our passion for excellence and innovation in healthcare. In creating this brand, we used the following summary to guide our thoughts and innovation: "We have created a Dental People Organization that focuses on delivering comprehensive health through our diverse family of dental and medical practices to improve patients' overall quality of life. Meet Women In DSO® > from Freedom Dental Management Kellie Cernobyl has been with the same dental group since 2010, when it consisted of only two practices. Rising through the ranks, she assumed the role of Director of Operations in 2015, coinciding with the formation of Freedom Dental Management, and was appointed COO in 2022. A native of Pennsylvania, Kellie relocated to Delaware in 1997 to attend Goldey-Beacom College, where she graduated in 2002. With 21 years of marriage and three children, she credits her family's support for her success and strives to set a positive example for her children, demonstrating that dedication and hard work lead to achievement. Dawn O'Connell RDH embarked on her dental career through a technical high school's dental assisting program, graduating with a Master of Technology Degree. Following her tenure as an RDH, she pursued a bachelor's degree in Allied Health Science Administration and Education. Dawn's journey led her to various roles, culminating in her current position as Chief of Practice Compliance at Freedom Dental Management. With over two decades of dental experience, Dawn is dedicated to paving the way for others on their leadership journey. Marisol vega's career began with a decade at Cigna, where she gained comprehensive experience in medical and dental administration. Transitioning to the dental field, she joined Bear Glasgow Dental in 2009, contributing to revenue cycle management. In 2015, Marisol assumed leadership of the RCM team at Freedom Dental Management, witnessing remarkable growth from $13.5 million in 2015 to $26 million by 2023. Her strategic leadership has been pivotal in streamlining revenue management. Heather Hague serves as the Orthodontic Manager for Freedom Dental Management, leveraging her 27-year passion for orthodontics and leadership. Heather's focus on team culture and professional growth has driven success across orthodontic locations in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland. She embodies the role of mentor, coach, and friend, recognizing that relationships are the cornerstone of a thriving team dynamic.
