At FAM we understand the importance of weaving “self-care” into the fabric of routines, schedules, day-to-day life. We recognize it is much more than a cliché phrase or buzzword. Self-care is crucial to our health, well-being and meeting our children’s needs and our own…to find some joy and peace in the midst of “all the things.” We aren’t talking spa days and long vacations- things that take time and money. Finding and valuing simple, realistic, creative, small shifts and activities can go far in bringing down just a little stress, making your day go just a little more smoothly, and helping you feel more grounded and in the moment.
