At IAA Transportation, the Renault Master H2-Tech was named #VanOfTheYear2025! We’re proud to play a part in this success: 1️⃣ The van features our hydrogen storage systems (up to 9 kg of hydrogen across five tanks!). Which provides outstanding capacity for light commercial vehicles with intensive daily use. 2️⃣ Second, we designed the seats, and assemble the front-row seats — from individual seats to benches. And manufacture key elements like seat frames, padding, and covers. 3️⃣ FORVIA also offers the dashboard and the wireless charging system. 4️⃣ As for the FORVIA HELLA teams, they equip the van with technologies such as the Rain-Light sensors. While the rain sensor detects varying rain situations and automatically adjusts the wipers, the light sensor ensures the low beam activates in the dark or when entering tunnels. Nearly all FORVIA’s activities represented in one vehicle! A big congratulations to our partner HYVIA (a Renault Group and Plug Power joint venture) for this well-deserved recognition! We can't wait to see this van on the road.

🔴 FORVIA HELLA’s new rear lamp, a first of its kind in China, is featured in the all-electric luxury C-class sedan Z10 by LYNK & CO, from Geely Auto Group! What makes it unique? This RGB LED rear combination lamp, with full-color light animations 🌈, is the first to go into series production in China. As you may know, individualization and brand differentiation are becoming increasingly important in the Asian market. That’s why the teams have created a rear lamp that particularly aligns with this demand. 👇👇👇 It offers a total of 256 different color variants, creating multi-colored lighting animations. For welcome/goodbye sequences, vehicle locking, or even vehicle charging. While RGB LED technology is already well-known for interiors, applying it to exterior lighting opens up a whole new level of customer experience!

Among the many technologies showcased on our booth at IAA Transportation this week, here are 3 key innovations that visitors have surely noticed. And one of them is even brand new. 👉 We’re talking of our new range of seats for trucks, focusing on safety and comfort! It’s based on a unique, light seat structure platform integrating: ✅ Suspension systems to reduce drivers’ exposure to vibrations ✅ Motorized and pneumatic adjustments for a wide range of body shapes ✅ Wellness features such as massage, heating, or lumbar support Safety and comfort were not our only concern. We also designed this range with sustainability in mind. First, it integrates sustainable materials like Auraloop®, a cushioning solution made from 100% recyclable polyester-based fibers. Second, it features a modular design to extend the seats’ lifespan. 👉 FORVIA HELLA’s Truck Rear Combination Lamp Concept enhances road safety by displaying light-functions across a large area. More precisely, innovative LED technologies ensure high visibility while reducing weight and energy consumption. EdgeLight and LED light curtain technology offer customizable appearance. This technology achieves up to 30% of CO2 savings if sustainable materials are used. 👉 Finally, our XL Gaseous Type IV tank is a very large 70MPa high-pressure tank extending truck autonomy range. Besides this, it offers: ✅ New vehicle integration options - wheelbase or cabin module - allowing many design possibilities. ✅ Maximized storage capacity, refueling time under 15 minutes, optimal safety.
