The Délice sucré is a fresh cheese with cranberries and a very mild, creamy, and slightly sour taste. The hand-scooping makes the dough incomparably smooth. Crottin Picandine - Made in France and matured traditionally for at least 7 days. Its vermiculated rind is characteristic of traditional Crottin cheeses. When sliced, its very white chalky heart is revealed in contrast with its slightly ivory-colored rind, and firm, soft, melt-in-the-mouth texture. Mini Delice D'Argental with truffles - Stuffed with a mixture of Mascarpone and truffles. For its 6 days long ripening the cheese requires low temperatures to develop its microbial flora. It then presents a white to cream-coloured fuzz on the rind. A mild, smooth, melt-in-your-mouth cheese. Petit Grès d’Alsace - Has a typical, pronounced, and slightly sweet taste. Petit Grès d’Alsace Truffle - Soft cheese with a washed rind ripened right in the center. A variation with a layer of 2% summer truffle preparation in the paste and decorated with fern leaves. These aromas slowly spread in the cheesebody and give the cheese a subtle truffle flavor. Petit Grès d’Alsace Champagne - The Petit Grès d’Alsace is washed with the famous Champagne. That gives a sweet sparkling taste to the cheese. Langres AOP Chalancey - Made from cow’s milk with a soft center and a washed rind. It’s a cheese that has a pungent, intense and characteristic aroma which gives way to a fairly mild taste. The Langres AOP Germain is the leading Langres cheese in the world. Epoisses Chalancey - An authentic cheese of the Burgundy region, produced with the utmost respect of the original recipes. This cow’s milk cheese has a beautiful orange rind washed with Marc de Bourgogne (a local grape spirit) and a traditional creamy center with intense flavor. Its taste is balanced, typical and fruity.
