What led Folk Revival Founder, David Cantor into the natural foods business initially? It wasn't a sudden decision, but rather a journey that spanned over 20 years. His interest in food and sustainability was sparked during his school years in the Midwest. This led him to learn cooking seriously and even move out west to learn farming. He kept at it and eventually ended up running his own organic farm in New Mexico before returning to school to earn a Master's degree in nutrition, focusing on food and agriculture policy at Tufts University. David's story, and the launch of his exciting new brand, is a testament to the fact that often, the path to our passion isn't always a straight line.
