With this year’s theme, “Birds of a Feather, Soar Together,” guiding us throughout the week, our Shearwater employees had the unique opportunity to meet in person, learn from one another, and grow as a unified team. Our Shearwater team is composed of a mixture of 65 U.S. corporate employees, 570 active nurses, and a workforce of almost 5,000 employees based in the Philippines. With our team spanning across the globe, we are always digitally connected, but rarely are all in the same place at the same time.
