About us
The Financial Lawyers Conference ("FLC") is a non-profit organization comprised primarily of attorneys from Los Angeles, Orange and San Diego Counties. The FLC sponsors monthly dinner meetings (October through June), usually on the first Thursday of each month. Guest speakers and panels discuss current issues relating to finance, banking, commercial law and bankruptcy. The FLC also holds an annual seminar for approximately 60 delegates. The three-day seminar is led by a nationally recognized moderator and makes an in-depth study of a commercial law or bankruptcy topic. (Membership is required to apply for the annual seminar.)
