Explore the transformation of Albany International Airport’s Concourse A! This project includes the construction of two new gates and boarding bridges, improvements to passenger accessibility & passenger flow, and a reinvented hold room experience. These updates will pave the way for new routes, airlines, increased access to air travel and an overall improved travel experience for the greater Albany region.

The transformation at Portsmouth International Airport (PSM) is coming along! This landside airport expansion resolves existing congestion at the bag claim, improves passenger accessibility, and proximity to the curb for transportation and convenience. This 5,200 SF arrivals hall represents another phase of the thoughtful expansion at PSM and FM's continuing relationship with the Pease Development Authority. The addition combines a bright, expansive, and welcoming glazed arrivals hall with sleek slate-clad services wing. This building will support robust troop greeters program as well as a place for both commercial passengers to reunite with loved ones.

This initiative ensures all of Boston’s children learn how to ride a bike, swim, and connect with their communities through sports, gardening, and the arts. Phase 1 of the Clougherty Pool Project is officially complete! 🎉 Today, marked the official ribbon cutting by Mayor Michelle Wu, Boston Centers for Youth & Families, and the Public Facilities Department. Phase 1 Opening features: -- A modern 1940 sq ft six-lane lap pool, certified for USA Swimming competitions, with removable starting blocks and an accessible ramp entrance. -- A spacious 2970 sq ft family pool with accessible zero entry, five interactive spray features, and a shade structure. -- An accessible viewing platform and expanded IPE wood bench seating along the existing concrete bleachers. We can't wait for Charlestown residents to jump in this summer. Stay tuned for Phase 2, opening next year, with the renovation of the pool house! Here’s a sneak peek at the Vertical Circulation Project exterior, featuring a detailed mock-up of the new façade panels and a render of the transformed exterior. This view will welcome arriving traffic and will house new vertical connections that will enhance the passenger experience with direct access to the Bag Claim Level while celebrating New England's natural beauty. Exciting times for the students of the Dover Community Center Club! They recently toured a furniture showroom, testing out different pieces for the new community center. Led by Chuxin (Mia) Zhang, an FM Interior Designer, the students got hands-on experience with selecting colors and fabrics. This unique opportunity allowed them to learn directly from experts in Project Management, Architecture, and Construction. Their enthusiasm and keen eye for design are helping shape a space that will benefit the Dover community. #CommunityBuilding #HandsOnLearning

The final beams have been placed, and the New Bedford Pedestrian Bridge is taking shape! This bridge will soon provide safe neighborhood access from Purchase Street to the nearly completed rail station at Whale's Tooth, making pedestrian and bicycle travel easier and more accessible. This project is a key part of MBTA’s long-term goal to restore commuter rail service between Boston and Southeastern Massachusetts via the South Coast Rail project, while providing an impressive welcome to the City.
