Hard hats are essential for protecting your head on the job, but they don't last forever! Staying proactive with helmet safety ensures you're always protected. Regularly inspect your helmet for cracks, dents, or UV damage, and replace it if it's been impacted or past its expiration date. #HardHatSafety
