We were delighted to welcome staff from Women's Foundation of Minnesota for a tour of Family Tree Clinic a couple of weeks ago. They visited to learn more about the impact of our services, explore our facility, and deepen their connection with our work. Their commitment to leading with community and driving innovation for gender and racial justice—through the lens of intersectionality—aligns powerfully with our mission of cultivating healthy communities through comprehensive sexual health care and education. We’re incredibly grateful for this valued partnership. Together, we’re creating better futures for everyone!

Consider joining a fabulous organization (no bias here) that is dedicated to helping people thrive as their authentic selves. This exciting new position at Family Tree Clinic allows you to put structure to inclusive and trauma-informed HR practices that support our growing team committed to reproductive and gender justice. We seek an HR unicorn who can bring structure to the unstructured, create clear and equitable HR systems and processes, and provide compassionate guidance on all things "employment" to our staff team. If you are passionate about organization, systems, and ready to guide our majority newer workforce team in a critical admin role, we look forward to hearing from you. (this message has not been approved by our comms team, which tells you that even I could use some compassionate guidance ;)
