Owner: Step into your post-exit adventure with clarity and purpose 💎 I'm a 4th Quarter Coach, experienced COO/CEO, strategic planner, project manager, keynote, author, coffee connoisseur
"Who am I if I'm not running the business anymore?" Good question. Who ARE you? Here are some possible answers: Business owner Grandpa (or Grandma) Spouse Choir member Non-profit board member Neighbor ... The truth is, these do not define you. They are roles. Roles are expressions, not definitions. Roles are other peoples' experience of who you are. Your identity is what fuels your roles. You identity is made of: * core values * interests * strengths * personality * weaknesses * ...and more THE GOOD NEWS: You can exit your business and still remain who you are as a person. Your post-exit life (whatever you choose to do) will be a new and exciting expression of who you are. When you exit, you're not saying goodbye to who you are. You're saying goodbye to one particular expression of who you are. Want to rediscover your identity? I'll be in "office hours" this Friday from 12-1pm EST Pop your head in and say "hey!" Let's talk about it then. Check out the comments for zoom link to gain access. #4thstrategicplan
