Roles are expressions, not definitions. Roles are other peoples' experience of who you are. Your identity is what fuels your roles. You identity is made of: * core values * interests * strengths * personality * weaknesses * ...and more THE GOOD NEWS: You can exit your business and still remain who you are as a person. Your post-exit life (whatever you choose to do) will be a new and exciting expression of who you are. When you exit, you're not saying goodbye to who you are.
