“We’re using this expertise to identify places on the grid with excess megawatt capacity. And we’ve built internal systems to identify and then target land on that circuit.” EV Realty’s Chief Customer Officer, Jim Ludovico, recently caught up with Fleet Management Weekly at NAFA Fleet Management Association's Expo. Jim highlights how the EV Realty team’s superior knowledge of the Grid makes the difference in understanding how to maximize its potential in charging and electrifying commercial fleets. About us
EV Realty accelerates the adoption of commercial EV fleets by focusing on the fundamental constraint all electrified fleets will face: low-cost, reliable and scalable access to grid-scale power. Today’s electrical grid is complex, dynamic and ever evolving. It is also the source of fuel that will power the world’s shift to electrified transportation, requiring nearly 100 GWh of additional annual electricity demand and $125B of investment in EV chargers, grid infrastructure, transmission lines, renewable energy and storage in the U.S. by 2030. But securing grid access and capacity to deploy significant additional EV charging load is a challenge, with desired charging locations often requiring lengthy, expensive and under-utilized infrastructure upgrades, if feasible at all. Unless you know where – and how – to look. EV Realty combines commercial real estate and project siting acumen with energy markets and grid optimization expertise to identify, design and build out the premier DC Fast Charging infrastructure platform for commercial EV fleets.

"By identifying property with existing power available we are reducing the backlog of upgrade requests on the local utility companies, which in turn also reduces the cost burden on the local rate base keeping utility rates lower." Our CEO Patrick Sullivan recently spoke with just-auto.com | The automotive industry news & information site on how EV Realty is decarbonizing the medium and heavy-duty truck space. #PoweredProperties #EVs #Decarbonization #Utilities

Expertise ➕ existing power ➕ strategically located real estate ➡ powered fleets That's the recipe! EV Realty CEO Patrick Sullivan sat down with Fifth Wall CEO & CIO Brendan Wallace to share more about our vision for providing fleet charging as a service. Grateful to have Brendan and Fifth Wall's support in the journey! #EVs #EVFleets #PoweredProperties #Sustainability #ClimateTech
⚡️ 🚛 Our portfolio company EV Realty builds large charging hubs for large commercial fleets of electric trucks. Accomplishing this requires a significant amount of power and strategically located real estate. Much like data centers, these large charging hubs need to be built on sites where there's enough power to handle the necessary load. The properties EV Realty is developing are infill, high-value locations you'd traditionally find industrial properties. At these sites EV Realty then builds the energy infrastructure and operates the charging station as a service. EV Realty CEO Patrick Sullivan sat down with Fifth Wall CEO & CIO Brendan Wallace to talk about the massive problem and opportunity in electric fleet charging.
