We were honored to host Houston Restaurant Weeks at our Strato 550 Marketplace in Houston, TX, kicking things off with some special guests! The menu featured delights like grilled brisket with yellow curry butter, crispy pork belly with peach mostarda, lamb arancini with mint and chili yogurt, and chicken liver pâté with cognac. Our signature cocktail, Watermelon Ranch Water, was a hit! Guests enjoyed great food, drinks, and mingling, and we’re excited to continue the celebration with the event's extension! #HoustonProud
