Essayon Construction Group has partnered with Winter Construction to renovate the Spelman College Morehouse James Residence Hall. Dedicated in 1901, this building has undergone several renovations in its lifetime, but this renovation will include Green Building Principles where feasible. Serving as the wood framing specialty contractor on this project, our scope includes some structural reinforcements while replacing any damaged wood. In our collaboration with Capstone Building Corporation, we took on the framing scope as the wood framing specialty contractor. 4 years later, we're now a fully functioning general contractor tackling projects like these as the prime.
