This October, Erland celebrated Employee Ownership Month both in the field and the office. From a fall potluck with colleagues to an ESOP Lunch & Learn to our first Trunk or Treat and Tailgate with family and friends, we used the time to embody employee ownership and recognize our collective role in Erland’s continued success. Thank you to Doug, Taylor, and Risa of Metro Walls for sharing their experience as a fellow employee-owned company and DM Civil, Inc. for lending us their backhoe for Trunk or Treat. Check it out!
