We have a new full-time direct hire opportunity for someone who loves working with Workday (HCM and Payroll)! We need someone who lives a commutable distance from the Des Moines metro. If you live out West, this is for you! This is your opportunity to be on the ground floor of an implementation. The team consists of a working leader, another analyst, and a vendor (obviously), plus this new role! The team will have the opportunity to set things up the right way for this analyst's business partner (HR) and the finance area out of the gate! We are looking for someone with a few years of experience as the go-to person for Workday HCM modules; as they go through implementation, you'll help with the build and testing. You'll collaborate with the stakeholders, analyzing what they need from the modules to accomplish their daily tasks. Once they go live early next year, we are looking for someone who likes problem-solving and doing analsis. Being that go-to resource when the teams have trouble with a report or a feature - even if you can't fix it on the fly, the ideal candidate is comfortable taking the reigns to go out and research what needs to be done to find the best outcome or workaround. This role will have a mix of functional and technical responsibilities focused on our client's HRIS (HCM and Payroll). This company has a couple of other departments that could appeal to someone down the road (Salesforce and RPA), which are both for more functional technical resources! The culture is nice! The place has a great vibe when you walk in the door! They offer flex time off (unlimited if you will), a killer 401k contribution that doesn't require you to do anything, the usual benefits that are competitive and then of course the base salary AND a bonus over and above. Our client is NOT able to provide any sponsorship now or in the future - so you need to live around here and be able to work directly for them for consideration. No C2C. For more information, please message me on LinkedIn or email me at [email protected]

Exciting Opportunity: Senior or Mid-Level Salesforce Developer (Direct Hire) MUST BE A GREEN CARD HOLDER OR US CITIZEN. NO C2C. Our client is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer, but they’re also very open to considering mid-level Salesforce developers who have been close to being a lead and are ready to take on more responsibility. If you’re looking to step up and start taking on architecture responsibilities in the future, this could be the perfect opportunity! If you are mid-level, you must live within a commutable distance of Des Moines, as you’ll need to be in the office one or two days per week. What you’ll be doing: As part of a high-performing team, you’ll lead or contribute to the development and architecture of a cloud-based CRM solution. Whether you’re already a Senior Developer or a mid-level developer ready to step up, you’ll play a key role in filling a gap in expertise around custom development. Out of the gate, this role will focus on understanding the current Salesforce environment, collaborating with stakeholders, and building a roadmap for scalable architecture. You'll be responsible for enhancing core functionality, addressing performance bottlenecks, and driving optimizations to improve business operations. This role will get to architect solutions, including customizations such as Apex development, Lightning Web Components, and system integrations. You'll also have the opportunity down the road to take on more leadership duties if that's of interest. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential as you'll work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical solutions and collaborate with different teams. Projects you’ll work on: Integrating Salesforce with third-party systems or data warehouses for seamless data flow. Advanced customizations and process automation. Designing systems that allow Salesforce to scale with business growth. What makes this company stand out? Work-life balance is REAL here, with an average workweek of 35 hours. The benefits are fantastic, covering 80% of insurance premiums for individuals and families. The 401K match is 100% for the first 3%, with additional contributions in good years. You’ll also get four weeks of paid time off (vacation + sick), nine company holidays, three floating holidays, and a volunteer day. Compensation: The base salary goes up to $140K (or higher for the right candidate) + bonus. This is a great opportunity to grow, take on lead responsibilities, and enjoy a fantastic work-life balance within a supportive team! For more information please email [email protected]

Must be a US citizen or have a green card. Salesforce Automation role! This is a Des Moines (you need to live here and be a US citizen or green card holder) opportunity for someone who'd love to get in on the ground floor of building out a center of automation excellence for an IT division building products with Salesforce! Must be a US citizen or have a green card. This is a hybrid role - in the office 2 to 3 days per week in the western burbs. They have an established team of Salesforce go-to folks, and this will be the first automated tester role. This leader said that the shared characteristics of the team are "Iowa nice," enjoying having fun on the job, and wanting to do the best work for their customers! In addition to a very personable and experienced leader, the team includes an architect, two admins, two developers, a PO, and a Scrum Master. They are looking for someone with similar traits to join their team! The person we are looking for most likely started out of college as a junior developer, found themselves in Automation in the Salesforce world over the last three to five years, and would like to be part of building something! Since you'd be getting in on the ground floor, this could mean a leadership opportunity as it grows - so if you are looking to climb the ladder, this is a great chance! Out of the gate, you'll be working side by side with this leader to set up QA automation scripts for Salesforce. You'll work closely with the team to ensure smooth sprint cycles, and you'll get to be part of the discussions, setup, and configurations of a new product that the company will choose in October. You'll have a front-row seat as they build their long-term automation strategy! As they add to the team, you'll be part of the hiring process. This role is a resume builder. The starting base comp range is 95 to 105K, plus a bonus. This company also provides a lucrative annual retirement contribution, which, at 105K, is approximately an additional 19K. They have a great culture—people love working here. As their retirement contribution suggests, they have wonderful benefits (they start with 4 weeks of PTO), give back to the community, and are big proponents of work/life balance. We'd LOVE to chat with you if you fit the description above! Please message me at [email protected]

Full time - direct hire (no contractors) - we need a green card or Citizenship. Senior Software Engineer opportunity. Are you an experienced full-stack C# .NET developer looking for an exciting role with a well-established company? My client, based in the western suburbs and offering a hybrid work model with two to three days in the office each week, is seeking a skilled developer to join a small, close-knit team led by a fantastic manager. This is an opportunity to work on a key modernization project, this role will involve both greenfield development and enhancements to existing applications and Web APIs, all within an Agile Scrum environment. In this role, you'll collaborate with architects and developers to implement industry best practices to modernize a legacy system. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor less experienced team members, providing guidance and support if you enjoy doing that. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in C# .NET, and experience with .NET Core and Web APIs. A strong background in UI development, particularly with React or other JavaScript frameworks, along with advanced SQL skills in querying and performance optimization, is highly desirable. You'll need a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle, Agile methodologies, DevOps, and testing integration, as well as familiarity with CI/CD tools like Azure Pipelines. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, as well as proficiency in Git, will also be valuable. Experience with legacy applications is a plus. A degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent work experience will be considered. Ideally, you’ll have around eight years of IT development experience with 3+ years in a senior capacity. This is a great opportunity to work on a modernization project involving a platform built on Kubernetes that supports innovative financial technology solutions. If this sounds like something you'd enjoy, I'd love to connect to discuss it! Base salary of up to $130k, bonus (twice per year) and a killer retirement benefit on top of competitive health/dental/vision, etc. Four weeks of PTO out of the gate and a bevy of holidays. New Des Moines Opportunity! Hybrid - three days per week in the office in the western burbs. IT Manager over a financial services application development team! Full-time, direct hire for a development team that consists of two devs, two QA, a scrum master, an architect, and a BA. They'd love someone who was a developer at some point (comfortable doing code reviews). This Scrum team built and supports a product that sends out a couple of million pieces of communication annually (JSP, .NET, SQL). Qualifications for this role include someone who came up through application development and has five years of leadership experience (exp w/ hiring, mentoring, reviews, terminations, etc.). Need to be comfortable within a scrum environment, and able to oversee solution design and implementation. Experience working with business decision-makers to make sure the product aligns with the business needs/goals. Direct team(s) and projects providing leadership including keeping abreast of deployments, testing, business sign-offs, and guidance when it comes to troubleshooting production defects to find resolutions. They would also like financial services experience. This role is a manager, but this is a good-sized IT shop so there should be growth opportunities down the road for the right person, the next step up is Director. You must have prior management experience to be considered for this role. Base comp is approximately 135K (maybe a smidge more for someone perfect) a bonus and a lucrative retirement contribution with a quick vest. Annually these three equal approximately 169K. You'll report to a great leader, with an excellent personality, not a micro-manager! Need a green card to be considered. No C2C. For more information email me at [email protected]
